Today, the Florida Supreme Court issued its opinion in the much anticipated workers’ compensation case of Murray v. Mariner Health/ACE. The Court determined that expensive hourly rate attorney fees should still be awarded; thus jeopardizing five years of rate savings as a result of the 2003 workers’ compensation reforms.
